Here's how to see which option is right for you

In-Person Sessions

1:1 training in a private facility

with focused attention and sessions designed specifically for you and your goals.

Remote Coaching

Bespoke programming delivered to you via app, with video-based coaching feedback, 1:1 messaging and access to a library of video instructionals & resources with hundreds of moves

Hybrid Coaching

Combine approaches with a mixture of in-person sessions and remote coaching

Bespoke programming designed with your chosen ratio of in-person to remote coaching

IN PERSON SESSIONS

£45+ | Private 1:1 session

1:1 private training in an exclusive studio facility, with specialised coaching. An entirely bespoke experience, designed around you - whether working towards a particular goal or just starting out. 

Sessions are scheduled as a block (and can be invoiced session by session or in blocks)

 

Please note: drop-in and one off sessions are reserved for taster/introductory sessions & hybrid coaching clients​

HYBRID COACHING

£50-£120+ | 4 week

A fully personalised approach that combines both in-person and online.

All of the benefits and support provided by remote coaching with 1:1 in-person sessions on a schedule that suits you

As with remote coaching:

- A bespoke, easy-to-follow training plan delivered through a dedicated app

- Access to an extensive library of videos & resources explaining form, technique cues and demonstrating moves

- Specialised Coaching: receive form feedback via video, message 1:1 with your coach via the app, adapt sessions with your coach around equipment/new requirements & optional 1:1 coach video calls

- Our app allows you to: log reps/sets/weights, comment on workouts/moves, access workout & comment history,  rearrange days, choose alternative exercises, track metrics and update goals (and more!)

Hybrid coaching is priced monthly (4 weeks) and programmed in 12 week blocks*
