Women's Strength Club

This class is designed especially for women who want to learn or improve their strength training and progress their fitness. With a welcoming environment and technique guidance, each session is structured with 2 primary lifts: (one upper, one lower) alongside functional strength training movements completed in a circuit style. We focus on different lifts for Tuesday and Thursday so both classes can be paired together effectively or done individually.
