Structured Online Coaching:

Bespoke, application-only online programming designed for those who want clear guidance, consistent progression and sustainable results.

Capacity is intentionally limited to a maximum of 20 members, to ensure high-quality, attentive coaching.

Programme Structure: 

- Minimum commitment: 3 months

- Paid monthly (every 4 weeks)

- Application required

- Limited spaces available

Private and Hybrid Training

For those who want in-person private sessions alongside structure.

 

In-Person Sessions: 

- Private sessions, studio-based

- One to one sessions, gym-based

- Designed to provide focus and support, complement long-term progress and master technique

 

Hybrid Training

For those looking for in-person training alongside online programming. This training style incorporates online training with all the benefits of in-person training.

- Personalised strength programming delivered in 4-6 week blocks

- Regular in-person sessions integrated into programming

- Monthly structured coaching check-ins

- Weekday messaging support

- Guidance on integrating studio classes

Private training

For those looking for in-person training only, your programming is designed specifically around in-person sessions, with the same philosophy and structure as online and hybrid options

- Personalised and programmed in-person sessions delivered in 4-6 week blocks

- Monthly coaching check-ins

- Weekday messaging support

- Guidance on integrating studio classes

- Access to a welcoming private client community
